Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Shipping.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position within the Training Department of a shipping company or a Maritime Training Academy.
• Excellent command of English and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Crewing Danaos ERP and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Previous experience in a Crew Department will be considered an asset.
