   Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a DPA / HSQ Manager position within a tanker vessel management company.
• Previous experience with tankers, LPG and/or LNG vessels is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and relevant maritime regulations.
• Strong experience in audits, inspections, incident investigations, and SMS implementation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
