Pleiades Shipping Agents S.A. is looking to recruit an Accounting Assistant, based in our Kifissia office.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular bookkeeping activities,
• Handling invoices,
• Prepare and process payments,
• Perform and prepare reconciliations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Maritime or related field,
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered as a plus,
• 1-2 years of working experience in accounting departments. Experience in the shipping industry and Benefit accounting module will be considered as a plus,
• Fluency in both written and oral communication in English,
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software packages,
