 As part of our growth strategy, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our global sales team. You will promote BSO’s Network, Cloud and Managed Services to technology and financial services organizations, with a focus on C-level engagement across Asia Pacific. 

This is a hunter-plus-farmer role: you will open new accounts, expand existing relationships, and own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation through close and renewal.

• Identify new business opportunities or expand our services to our current customers
• Build and nurture partnerships to help you develop opportunities and business for BSO
• Develop and close new business deals
• Bring innovation and ideas to gain interest from your targeted new business prospects
• Manage complex deal cycles including submission inputs and reviews of technical inputs
• Be owners of bid management process and co-ordination of internal functions to complete customer facing proposals
• Manage revenues streams between new services and revenue protection with renewals and extension of current services within our existing client base.
• Maintain and update sales database accurately to ensure continuity of delivery and monitor tracking of sales processing
• A flexible commercial person who is able to absorb the benefits of the BSO proposition and articulate this to clients

Qualifications

• 10 years of sales experience selling technology selling technology, connectivity solutions such as network services, cloud, or managed hosting.
• Eloquent and with excellent written and interpersonal skills and excellent proficiency in English
• Proven track record of achieving and over achieving Sales Targets
• Energetic and ambitious individual with can-do/ will learn attitude.
• You must be dynamic, flexible and self-starter
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build a substantial client base.
• Experienced at operating at C-level within prospects in the Asia Pacific region
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines and business forecast expectations
• Professional manner with strong communication skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels of an organization, must build and maintain credibility with senior executives
