Accounts Receivable Administrator

Brightwork are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our client, a well established organisation at their offices in Barrhead on a Temp Ongoing basis. Joining their well-established Accounts Payable team, the successful candidate will have a proven background in an AP role and be confident working with high volumes of invoices.Duties will include:
Supporting the department with all aspects of AR Administrative tasksCreating and updating supplier statementsChasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances dueUpdating various systems and spreadsheets whilst maintaining accurate records Managing cash reconcilations General administration duties such as high-volume scanning/data processing and team projects
