Area Manager – East Midlands

Bridgegate Security | £35,000 per annum, including car allowance

Bridgegate Security is looking for an experienced Area Manager to support our hospitality and nightlife security teams across the East Midlands.

You’ll be a key link between our Door Supervisors, venue management and central support teams, building strong relationships and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting Door Supervisors and Head Door Supervisors across multiple venues.
• Building client relationships through regular communication and venue visits.
• Managing staffing, rotas and recruitment needs.
• Conducting team welfare checks, briefings and performance reviews.
• Handling incidents, investigations and operational escalations.
• Maintaining compliance, completing audits and reporting on performance.
• Supporting new venue mobilisation and regional growth.

What we’re looking for

• At least three years’ experience managing security contracts or operational teams.
• Strong leadership, organisation and customer service skills.
• Confidence managing client relationships and making decisions under pressure.
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the East Midlands.
• Right to work in the UK and strong IT skills.
