Job Information: The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) is funded to provide a breastfeeding peer support service. We are looking for passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead and develop the breastfeeding peer support service, take responsibility for maintaining good working relationships with the local Health Board, council and third sector partners and ensure that all reporting obligations are met. The post holder will be both able to work independently and a team player, working closely with colleagues, local health teams, key partners and stakeholders. The postholder will manage the team of peer supporters, ensure compliance with organisational and local policy, monitor feedback from families, produce and present reports, and lead on promoting the service, raising knowledge and awareness of Peer Support in Newport.
