Location: Redditch Branch

Job Description:

bmi require Repair Operatives to work in our busy repair bays based at our BMI Pit Lane Service & Repair Centre, Redditch. Would you like an opportunity to work as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment where no two days are the same?

Desired experience for this role would include:

• Previous experience in a repair or maintenance environment
• Welding experience
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical and sheeter systems
• Working knowledge of fitting trailer lights and looms
• Forklift licence
• Crane experience

The right candidate will:

• Keen desire to learn and develop skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Able to use initiative to work as part of a team or independently.

If you feel you do not have experience in all of these areas, we would still encourage you to apply as full training will be given.

38.5hr working week, early Friday finish. (Mon-Thur 7am-4pm and Fri 7am-2pm)

Hourly rate £14.00-£15.50 depending on experience.
