In this role, you will help maintain and develop quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and support operational excellence while working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality Management, and R&D. If you enjoy solving problems and improving processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you. Interested? Keep reading!
Your tasks will include supporting quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives within the Wiring Assembly production unit. You will maintain quality documentation and work instructions, investigate quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support root cause analysis activities, monitor quality performance, and drive process improvements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve product and manufacturing quality, support audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to a strong quality and safety culture.
In this role, you will investigate quality issues and non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and support root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities. You will monitor and analyze quality performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate the handling of non-conforming materials and products. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help improve supplier, component, and manufacturing quality while supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. In addition, you will lead and contribute to quality improvement projects, provide guidance and training on quality-related practices, support risk assessments and process validation activities, and help strengthen a positive quality and safety culture across the organization.
We are looking for someone who combines a strong quality mindset with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills. You have a degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing technology, or a related field, or you have gained equivalent expertise through practical experience. Ideally, you have previous experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production quality and understand the principles, tools, and methods used to maintain and improve quality performance.
You are familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices, and you are comfortable using data and structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. You approach your work with a hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will work with teams across multiple functions. We value individuals who are proactive, resilient, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities effectively. Fluency in English is required, as it is our daily working language.
What could make you stand out is experience with Lean Six Sigma, ISO management systems, audit processes, and high-tech or precision manufacturing environments. Experience reading technical drawings and interpreting engineering specifications is also considered an advantage. Most importantly, you enjoy improving processes, solving quality-related challenges, and collaborating across functions to drive continuous improvement.
We also appreciate experience in high-tech, electronics, wiring assembly, cryogenics, or precision manufacturing environments, where quality, traceability, and process control are critical. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand relevant engineering standards and specifications would be an advantage. We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy improving processes, solving quality-related challenges, and collaborating across functions to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
We offer you an interesting, challenging, and responsible position as well as the support of a highly skilled growth organization. This is an excellent opportunity for your own professional growth in a dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional team where we work together, and we support each other.
