We welcome recent graduates with a relevant Science degree (e.g., Computer Science, Maths, Physics, etc.) to join our BlakYaks Academy (aka Yakademy). We have multiple vacancies to fill.

If you are passionate about cloud and cloud native technologies, cloud automation and DevOps, then we are passionate about you. A recent Yakademy graduate stated that “1 year of professional cloud development learning and development at BlakYaks is like 5 years elsewhere”.

We take pride in our certification programme, the R&D work, our lab work, our colleagues’ exposure to senior experts and real-world challenges, and also the high standards we set. We know this intense focus sets our early-in-career team members apart from their industry peers.

Starting salaries range from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on whether you have any practical and professional IT experience.

Perks

All BlakYaks team members enjoy the following benefits:

• Be part of a first-class culture working with leading technologies and great customers.

• Flexible working. The role will include a mixture of working in a BlakYaks office in Southwark, working from home and on client site (as required).

• Private health insurance.

• Life assurance cover.

• 25 days holiday per year, plus the regular public holidays.

• 1st class team collaboration - We are one large inclusive team where everyone shares their ideas and we encourage and welcome applications from all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.
