About the role

Join our Quality Assurance department as a Quality Assurance Associate.

Quality Assurance Associate supports in supervision of company’s quality management system and its improvements.

Position is in Lithuania, Kaunas office.

Administrative support to QA department
Assisting in creation/review/revision/tracking of procedural and other quality documents
Administration of the electronic quality management system and oversight of the training compliance
Assisting in internal and external audits
Assisting is CAPAs coordination, liaising with CAPA owners with regards to corrective/preventive actions implementation, tracking and follow-up
Supporting eQMS administration
Technical supporting of collecting and reporting performance and quality metrics

Requirements

Fluent English and Lithuanian language
Knowledge of GCP, GPV and other GxP principles beneficial
Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to details and accuracy
