About The Opportunity
The British Institute of Cleaning Science is looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused Training Logistics Advisor to join our Northampton office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, coordinating multiple priorities and delivering excellent customer service. You will support training and assessment opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, helping customers and colleagues at every stage.
Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will keep information accurate and up to date, coordinate arrangements, respond to enquiries and help ensure our training and assessment services run smoothly. You will be joining a successful business dedicated to raising standards and supporting people across the cleaning and facilities management industry.
