Estates Administrator

My established client are seeking an experienced Estates Administrator to work in this dynamic office.

You will be based in the Watford Office - (no hybrid working available) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for 3 month temporary role.

To be a successful candidate you must have basic DBS and be able to deliver an effective, efficient, administrative service that is flexible to meet the needs of operational teams to enable the service to achieve agreed service objectives. - Providing a range of administrative services, utilising organisational policies, procedures and digital system, including providing professional front of house services to welcome internal and external visitors, ensuring visitors experience is welcoming and professional to reflect our brand and values - Undertaking the full range of activities associated with the management of business meetings, through efficient and effective planning to involve notifying participants, organising venues (including use of digital technology), provision of refreshments, agenda preparation, minuting and progress chasing agenda items and follow up actions.
