His or her job is to respond to business clients by phone or email. He or she is responsible each day for the reservations made by groups or those of individuals managed by professionals (FIT). As a first point of contact, he or she shall present our products and design a solution that meets the needs of our clients.

Skills in negotiation and communication, as well as mastery of foreign languages, are required to carry out his or her job.
