Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Model and transform client data into clean, governed datasets on Microsoft Fabric / Azure
• Design and build Power BI reports: data models, DAX, and design-led layouts people adopt
• Automate reporting so manual, error-prone processes become live and self-refreshing
• Partner directly with clients to turn a business question into a clear, visual answer
• Contribute to our reusable accelerators, design systems and Primer product

What we're looking for

• Strong Power BI: data modelling, DAX, and an eye for design-led reporting
• Solid SQL and a good grasp of modern data platforms (Fabric, Azure, or similar)
• You care about how insight looks and lands, not just whether it's accurate
• Clear communicator, comfortable presenting to and partnering with stakeholders
• Nice to have: Python, DCMA / project-controls exposure, or Primavera P6
