You’ll regularly be working within occupied properties and active construction environments, so professionalism, communication and attention to detail are essential.ResponsibilitiesCarry out general minor multi-trade tasks across residential and commercial propertiesComplete snagging works and defect rectification to a high standardSupport a wide range of projects, ensuring deadlines are achieved and client expectations are exceededAssist with monitoring material stock levels and requesting additional stock where requiredMaintain high-quality workmanship while ensuring Health & Safety regulations are always followedCarry out general labouring duties including assisting other trades and site teamsArrange, collect and deliver materials, tools and equipment to various sitesEnsure work areas and sites are kept clean, tidy and safe at all timesSupport site supervisors and Contracts Managers with daily operational requirementsWork alongside other operatives and contractors when requiredCommunicate professionally with clients, residents and site teamsAbout YouYou’re a reliable and motivated individual with good all-round practical knowledge and a positive attitude towards work.
