Working within a modern workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Salary & Benefits

Level 3 Technician: £32,000 basic, OTE £41,000
Level 3 Technician with MOT: £33,000 basic, OTE £42,000
Brand Certified Technician: £34,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £43,000 – £44,000

The Role

Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Complete work in line with manufacturer and company standards
Ensure all job cards and workshop systems are completed accurately
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong technical and diagnostic ability
Previous workshop experience, ideally within a franchised dealer environment
Comfortable using digital workshop systems and diagnostic equipment
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
