Responsibilities

• driving license with category D;
• experience as a truck or bus driver (better in Europe, OAE, Serbia, ect.);
• availability and punctuality;
• communication skills and high personal culture.

Requirements

• transporting passengers on assigned routes;
• reporting any malfunctions, defects, or damage to the vehicle detected during operation;
• informing the supervisory personnel about any difficulties on the route.,

At the beginning, drivers operate standard single buses. During employment, they undergo training for articulated buses, then electric buses, and finally hydrogen buses, after which they can operate the full range of vehicles.

• civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.
• a company phone for work and private use with free calls and internet;
• access to a navigation app with current bus routes;
• full support from an on-site coordinator;
• free health insurance;
• optional insurance covering damages up to 30,000 PLN for 145 PLN/month;
• payment:
  • standard rate - 28.9 PLN net,
  • with PIT-2 - 30.30 PLN net,
  • with PIT-30 - 32.3 net/hour.

Surcharge for your own accommodation - 1 PLN per hour for everyone.

• accommodation - first 3 months is FREE, then 450 PLN/month. Apartments, 2-3 people per room. All necessary conditions available, WI-FI, maximum 3 km from the depot.

• support with obtaining the Code 95 qualification:

  • short course (code-95, psychological test and medical book) - 1100-1300 PLN. Duration - 10-14 days. After 6 months of work, the employer returns 950 PLN.

  • long course (code-95, psychological test and medical book) - free if you work for 6 months, less - 2500 - 3000 zlotys. We sign a notarized contract. 

• work schedule - two-shift system, 5-6 days a week:
  • Morning shift: 4:00 - 8:00 until noon;
  • Day shift: from noon to 11:00 PM - midnight.

 Approximately 172-210 hours per month, schedule set by the dispatcher.

• mandatory alcohol test before each shift;
• full uniform provided (shirt, trousers, shoes).
