You will be in charge of:

Coordination of employee rotations across projects.

Communication between project managers and production staff.

Resolution of day-to-day issues and support of process efficiency.

Management of advance payment reports and cooperation with the accounting unit.

Management of the documentation of employee rotations.

We expect You:

Have experience in personnel coordinator position.

Have completed higher education.

Speak freely in english and russian languages.

Have excellent planning and communication skills.

Are proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on achieving results.

Salary:

1500-1700 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
