Requirements

• Aptitudini dezvoltate de comunicare orala si scrisa;
• Abilitati de relationare interumana, flexibilitate si adaptabilitate;
• Operare PC (MS Office);
• Spirit de initiativa;
• Amabilitate, promptitudine si seriozitate;
• Organizare personala, atentie la detalii, aptitudine generala de invatare;
• Cunostinte de limba engleza;
  

Responsibilities

• Te vei ocupa de redactarea anumitor documente specifice departamentului;
• Vei intampina vizitatorii si vei asigura protocolul necesar;
• Colegii tai vor avea nevoie de suport pentru achizitionarea consumabilelor, produselor de birotica si papetarie, biletelor de avion si a rezervarilor hoteliere;
• Participare activa la organizarea eventimentelor (petreceri tematice, team-building-uri,etc.);
