Our mobile crew is looking for a Mobile Agentic Engineer. That means someone who works AI-first, runs multi-agent workflows and ships whole features end to end.
With fields ranging from IoT and FinTech to EdTech, investing and media, you'll work on products people use every day.
A few examples:
A modular mobile app for managing Jablotron's IoT and smart home devices
Kuba English, which helps over 65,000 people learn to speak English with an AI tutor
An app that automatically saves in bitcoin from everyday card payments
A complete redesign and rebuild of the mobile app of one of the biggest Czech news sites
Every project we take on passes an internal ethics review, so you'll be building things with real, positive impact. Plus you'll get to try the newest AI tools before they go mainstream. You'll also have a mentor if you want to grow in a new direction, and the freedom to set up your own workflow alongside fellow tech enthusiasts.

An AI-first mindset: multi-agent workflows and complete features delivered end to end.
Real, daily hands-on experience with AI tooling (Claude, Firebender, agentic workflows).
Love for new tech. New tools excite you rather than scare you.
Strong product sense.
Analyzing client requirements, coming up with a solution, delivering it and defending it.
Explaining your decisions to clients, even when they don't follow the technical details.
Superb communication skills: factual, empathetic and respectful, with clients too.
Adapting easily to new trends in tech and development.
Problem solving gets you going more than routine does.
Fluent Czech & English. Your accent doesn't matter at all.
Being around in person from time to time. This isn't a fully remote role.
Bonus points: your own take on what AI-accelerated work should look like (and the urge to share it), and experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or Compose Multiplatform.
