The Role

We are looking for an analytical and curious Market Research Analyst to join my clients Berlin team. You will work on quantitative research projects for global technology, financial services and media companies.

Your responsibilities

• Clean, process and analyse quantitative data

• Identify patterns and turn findings into actionable insights

• Create charts and materials for client presentations

• Support study design, survey programming and fieldwork

• Use AI tools to improve analysis and workflows

• Gradually take ownership of analytical workstreams

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field

• Strong knowledge of statistics and research methods

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly

• Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Fluent English

• Organised, accurate and eager to learn

Experience with Python, R, survey platforms or professional research is beneficial. German is a plus but not required.
