Teaching Assistant, 1:1 – Bridgend

Apollo Teaching Services is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Teaching Assistants to work part/full-time, providing 1:1 support to students with special needs across primary and secondary schools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for students.
• Assist with classroom management and resource preparation.
• Deliver group activities and follow teacher planning.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (Foundation to Key Stage 3).
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Patience, understanding, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good ICT skills and understanding of phonics.
