Clinical Nurse Specialist Location: Peterborough (covering the East region) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Join Apollo Home Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and oversee high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children in their own homes.The Role: Based at our Peterborough office with travel to client homes across the East, you will take clinical ownership of complex care caseloads (including occasional paediatric packages), while training and upskilling Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.Key responsibilities:Managing and reviewing bespoke care plansLeading clinical training for HCAs/Support WorkersReviewing clinical documentation (MAR charts, care records)Ensuring compliant, high-quality care to national standardsBuilding relationships with clients, families, and MDTsEssential Skills & Experience:Airway management, tracheostomy care & suctioningVentilation management (invasive/non-invasive)Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)Valid NMC Pin, two plus years post-qualification experienceFull UK driving licence and vehicle access.Experience with spinal injuries, ABI, or neurological conditions beneficial but not essential.BenefitsNo nights, no on call, no long shiftsBonus scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBirthday day offLoyalty rewards at 3 and 5 yearsRefer-a-friend scheme.Workplace pensionPaid DBS.Apply today!
