Junior Treasury & Operations Specialist

Location: Warsaw

We are looking for a Junior Treasury & Operations Specialist who would like to develop their career within an international financial services environment.

This is a junior-level opportunity suitable for someone with a good financial background and first professional experience who would like to gain exposure to treasury, financial operations and investment fund processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting daily treasury and financial operations
• Working with financial data and cash flows
• Supporting accounting-related processes
• Performing data verification and reconciliations
• Working with financial documentation
• Supporting processes related to financial instruments
• Cooperating with other teams involved in fund operations

What we are looking for:

• First professional experience in accounting, finance, treasury, fund operations, securities services or a related area
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments
• Interest in financial markets and investment funds
• University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• English at minimum C1 level
