Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with opportunity to become permanent)
Hours: Guaranteed Minimum 32 Hours per week over 4 days - shifts available: Sunday - Wednesday Wednesday - Saturday Friday - Monday Sun - Tues & Thursday Overtime is available and we pay 125% for hours worked over 40
Location: Orchard Farm, Salford Priors, Worcestershire
Salary: £14.35 - £14.85 per hour + Overtime Rates of £17.94 - £18.56

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to support weekend operations
