Marketing Content Manager
- Function: Performance Marketing (New Logo Squad)
- Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing
- Market focus: Group-wide
- Contract type: Permanent, full-time
- Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid)
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Why This Role Matters
Every business that chooses Amtivo is choosing confidence. Your job is to help them see that before they ever speak to us.
We help organisations grow with confidence through certification to Management System Standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. The businesses we want to win make up their minds long before they contact us, based on what they read, search, and see. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will give every service we sell a clear, compelling story, told in the format that works best for each prospect: a checklist for a first-time buyer, a webinar clip for a switcher, an infographic for a busy director, or a guide a salesperson can send after a call.
You will create the content, get it in front of the right people with our paid search, email, SEO, and Partner specialists, then dig into the results to make the next piece even better. This is a hands-on, hybrid role for a commercially minded content creator who is as comfortable writing a guide as editing a clip or designing an infographic.
What You Will Create
- Product content kits for each service, from key messages to ready-to-use assets
- Guides, checklists, explainers, and infographics that help prospects choose
- Video snippets from webinars, events, and expert interviews
- Product page, landing page, and paid media content
- Sales and Partner enablement assets, from pitch slides to co-marketing kits
- Launch content for new services and standard transitions
What You Will Be Doing
Know our buyers
- Build a clear picture of the businesses we want to win: their sectors, size, triggers for certification, and the questions they ask at each stage.
- Turn insight from sales conversations, search data, client reviews, and win and loss feedback into content that answers real needs.
Match the format to the need
- Turn our propositions into clear product content for each service and audience, choosing the format that will land best, from written content to video, graphics, and paid ads.
- Write, design, and edit across formats, and repurpose content for each channel, such as turning a webinar into clips, a checklist, and paid social assets.
Get it in front of the right people
- Work with the New Logo Content Manager and our PPC, email, and SEO specialists to carry product content through every new logo campaign, and with the Website Platform Manager to test product pages.
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager on content for our Partner channel, and with our local Marketing Managers on launch kits for their markets.
- Equip sales teams with product sheets, pitch content, and objection handling guides, and brief them when services launch or change.
Measure what works, and improve it
- Set clear success measures for every launch and asset, from engagement and page conversion to enquiry quality and sales use.
- Analyse performance in tools such as GA4, HubSpot, and campaign reports, and share clear findings and recommendations with the team.
- Use what you learn to refine content, retire what does not work, and shape the next plan.
Who You Will Work With
You will sit in the New Logo squad and report to the Head of Performance Marketing. You will work closely with:
- The New Logo Content Manager, so product content and prospect content work as one
- The New Logo, Existing Client, and Partner squads, including the Partner Marketing Manager
- Brand and RevOps, so everything we produce speaks in one consistent tone of voice
- Product scheme managers, sales teams, and our Marketing Managers in Ireland, the US, and Italy
- The Website Platform Manager, on product pages and conversion testing
What Success Looks Like
- Prospects quickly understand what each service does for them, and our product messaging lands better.
- Product pages and new logo campaigns convert more of the right prospects into enquiries.
- Sales teams and Partners reach for your materials, and feed back that they help win new clients.
- Every asset has clear results behind it, and those results shape what we make next.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience managing, producing, and evaluating content in a B2B environment, ideally in professional services or another technical or regulated field.
- Excellent writing skills: you can turn complex, technical services into clear, persuasive content without losing accuracy.
- Hands-on video editing and design skills, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva.
- A portfolio that shows range across written, visual, and video content, and the results it achieved.
- Confidence with data: you set measures, analyse performance, and turn results into clear recommendations.
- Experience working with performance channels such as paid search, SEO, email, and landing pages.
- Strong organisation, confidence with stakeholders, and a keenness to use AI tools to work smarter.
Bonus Points
- Experience in certification, compliance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience marketing to SMEs and mid-sized businesses, or across several markets.
- Experience with HubSpot or conversion testing tools, or motion graphics skills.
