Our purpose is to support our clients’ success by adopting a partnership approach, leveraging our sector-leading expertise, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Amtivo is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build pipeline for our Sales team, our existing client base, and our partner network.

You’ll book qualified meetings for our Sales team through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. You’ll also dig through client data and websites to find strong candidates for our digital assurance services, set upsell meetings with the right Amtivo teams, and source qualified referrals for our consulting and technology partners. If you like the phone, love a good conversation, and get a kick out of connecting the right people, this one’s for you.

New business prospecting

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
  • Nurture marketing-engaged prospects and qualify inbound leads.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support webinar and event initiatives through registration outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives.

Upsell sourcing

  • Research client data and websites to identify current clients who are good candidates for Amtivo’s digital assurance services.
  • Work with Amtivo teams to identify upsell opportunities for additional services and set meetings with the right account owner.

Partner referrals (outbound)

  • Identify client and prospect needs that fall outside Amtivo’s services (e.g., consulting, readiness, compliance automation, security tools).
  • Source and qualify referrals and send them out to our consulting and technology partners.
  • Build working relationships with partner contacts and track referral status through to outcome.

Pipeline and reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, client opportunities, and partner referrals.
  • Achieve agreed targets for activity, pipeline generation, qualified opportunities, upsell meetings, and partner referrals.

About You

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in business development, inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, or outbound prospecting.
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident conducting high-volume outbound prospecting activities.
  • Comfortable asking the right questions to uncover needs and spot opportunities, both for Amtivo and for our partners.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
