Aldanat Care Services is looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a new service opening in Harwich. You will support adults with a learning disability and complex needs to live as independently as possible in their own bungalow.

The role will involve providing respectful, person-centred support based on each individual’s needs, preferences and goals. You may help with everyday routines, developing independent living skills, accessing the community and taking part in meaningful activities. You will also help maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming home environment.

We are looking for people who are patient, dependable and able to build positive relationships. Previous care or support experience is preferred, although your values, attitude and commitment to supporting others are equally important.

Job types: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £13.00 per hour
