The role:

AIS is looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Gloucester on a permanent basis.

What will you do as our Accounts Payable Assistant:

• Processing of purchase ledger invoices
• Processing employee expenses
• Matching invoices to orders
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing Company credit cards
• Job costing
• Processing supplier payments
• Handling queries and communications from suppliers
• Assisting with month-end procedures

What are we looking for in our Accounts Payable Assistant:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing workloads to comfortably meet strict deadlines
• Thrives in a fast based environment, for example at month end
• Confident IT users, particularly with Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Self motivated professional 
• Experience of using Business Central would be advantageous
