AsPAC Sales & Operations Coordinator

Job Title: AsPAC Sales & Operations Coordinator Duration: 12-months Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid) This opportunity sits within a Thermal Management commercial support environment across the Asia Pacific region, focused on helping sales and operations activities run smoothly and accurately. The role supports quotations, customer requests, supplier coordination, order tracking, invoicing support, and regional marketing activity, working across customers, distributors, suppliers, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams. This position offers broad exposure to sales operations, commercial administration, customer service, and cross-functional coordination in a B2B setting. Required Experience: Experience supporting sales, commercial operations, customer service, or business operations Experience preparing quotations and handling pricing and commercial information Experience interacting professionally with customers and suppliers Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, countries, cultures, and time zones Required Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage several activities simultaneously and proactively follow up actions Strong written and verbal communication skills Good numerical skills and confidence using spreadsheets and commercial documentation Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook Practical and proactive problem-solving approach Ability to maintain clear trackers covering quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices, and marketing activities Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a B2B, industrial, technology, or data-centre environment About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
