Bluebird Care is a trusted care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are currently recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Kerry & West Cork. We are passionate about empowering individuals to live independently in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Tralee
Killarney
Kenmare
Listowel

Salary & Benefits

€14.95 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
€15.95 per hour (Sundays)
€29.90 per hour (Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities

Full clean driving licence and access to own transport
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Fluent English, written and spoken
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and shift patterns
Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland

Requirements

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or at least the core x2 modules completed (Care Skills and Care of The Older Persons)
Experience in Social Care, mental health support, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, intellectual disabilities, or supporting individuals with complex or high dependency needs
Full clean driving licence and access to own transport (essential)
Knowledge of New Directions Services and Supports for adults with disabilities is advantageous
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Fluent English, written and spoken
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and shift patterns
Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
